TRL 6-9 | MIL-PRF-85285F

Corrosion

Element 119 corrosion coatings deliver superior protection against corrosion and UV rays compared to current alternatives. Based on proprietary patent-pending ceramic nanotechnology, MAX CX offers an estimated 75% cost savings compared to today’s polyurethane coatings, and an 8X ROI compared to alkyd coatings.

TRL 4-9 | MIL-PRF-85285F

Erosion

EdgeX™ provides an estimated 50 hours of full erosion resistance in even the most extreme environments. Far superior to band-aid solutions like polyurethane tape that easily disintegrates and can increase drag, EdgeX is also far easier, safer, more affordable, and more eco-friendly than complicated metal coatings.

TRL 5

Heat & Chemical

This revolutionary new high-performance ceramic nanocoating for turbine blades protects components from oxidation and corrosion in the punishing high-heat engine environment. Currently at a TRL 5, the highest risk aspects of the R & D work have been completed, and initial testing has yielded extremely promising results.

TRL 6-9

High Visibility

Optimum visibility is critical to any pilot. Protect aircraft windshield, cabin windows, and other glass surfaces from micro scratches while multiplying the surface's hydrophobic properties for up to 2 years with VisionX™. It reduces glare and dramatically increases visibility in the rain.

TRL 7

Solar Coatings

Element 119 advanced solar coatings are self-cleaning, anti-reflective, and shed snow 23 times more efficiently while increasing energy output. When deployed on large commercial solar fields, E119 solar coatings decrease maintenance and increase ROI.
